A downloadable game for Windows

Scenario:

Originating form a glass house, last place of respite where the remaining inhabitants of Okura gathered; our protagonist gets attacked; one days as he went out to try and  salvage one of the rare plants that manage to survive outside  despite the influence of the Decay.

He is saved by other inhabitants of the the glass house and as he wakes he discovers on his face two mysterious eyes that seemingly appeared out of nowhere; proof he has been chosen to continue the long standing line of chosen ones, designated to go and close the portal that separates Okura from the Decay; sending from whence they came it's avatars, thus granting the inhabitants of Okura  a moment of peace, a chance at building back what they had and hopefully one day beat the Decay once and for all.

After a ceremony where 4 of the inhabitants sacrificed themselves to strengthen the protagonists body and become one with him; giving him a better chance at surviving and reaching the portal. The protagonist, along with the other 4 are given a name by the rest of the inhabitants. One letter for each of them, so they can be remembered and recorded on the large mural that depicts the history of Okura and their numerous   chosen: the Cleaners.

In fact, none of these chosen ones ever came back, despite their numerous and meticulous preparations for each of their departures and our protagonist, named Janny as of now, will sooner or later discover why that is so.

As he adventures Janny will be able to learn much more than he could have ever imagined. He will discover remains and ruins of the great civilisation that once where that of the Inhabitants of Okura, as well as how it all ended and what was the cause of it's downfall. Janny will also learn a lot thanks to his predecessors that thought to leave traces and notes for their successors that would be sure to come one day. In the end he will also come to understand the dismal fate of the Cleaners.

This is a school project, thus it is far from what I envisioned the game to be like in it's entirety and will only have one level. 

I'm the only one working on it and we had about 3 months to make all this. As this is the first game I ever made, feedback is very much appreciated! Hope you enjoy the game!
